Narendra Kumar Darji started Creative Packers and Movers in Bangalore in 2007 — not because it was easy, but because he saw a broken industry and believed he could fix it.
At the time, moving companies operated on verbal promises, rough estimates, and zero accountability. Customers would book a move, get a quote, and then be hit with unexpected charges at delivery. Damage happened and went unacknowledged. No follow-up. No standards.
Narendra changed that. He introduced documented quotes, standardised packing protocols, GPS-tracked vehicles, customer follow-up processes, and transparent billing — professional standards the relocation industry had rarely seen.
