These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Creative Packers and Movers ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered and operating from Ground Floor, Bearing No. 6/1, Choodasandra Circle, Hosa Road, Kasavanahalli, Sarjapur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560035. By booking our services, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Creative Packers and Movers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services for household goods, office equipment, and vehicles within Bangalore and to other cities across India. The scope of services will be mutually agreed upon before the move.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the Company provides written or verbal confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking due to unavailability of resources. Customers are advised to book at least 5–7 days in advance, especially during weekends, month-end, and holidays.

3. Quotation and Pricing

All quotations are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on the actual volume of goods, floor level, lift availability, distance, packing materials used, and any additional services requested on the day of the move. Customers will be informed of any additional charges before they are applied.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment methods. For interstate moves, a booking advance may be required. Invoices with GST can be provided upon request.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers must notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the move may attract a cancellation fee. Any advance paid may be forfeited for last-minute cancellations without prior notice.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all goods to be moved are disclosed and ready for packing on the agreed date and time.
• Do not include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal items, or perishables in the consignment.
• Provide accurate information about pickup and delivery addresses, floor levels, and lift availability.
• Ensure access to the premises for the crew at the agreed time.
• Inspect and sign off on the delivery of goods. Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery.

7. Liability and Claims

Creative Packers and Movers takes reasonable care in handling your belongings. However, our liability is limited to direct physical damage caused by proven negligence during transit. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects in goods.
• Damage to fragile items such as glass, ceramics, electronics, or artwork unless specifically packed by us with protective materials.
• Loss or damage resulting from Force Majeure events including floods, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.
• Delay caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Goods not declared to us prior to packing.

Damage claims must be raised at the time of delivery or within 24 hours. Claims raised after delivery acceptance will not be entertained.

8. Insurance

Transit insurance may be available for eligible moves. Customers must request insurance coverage before the move begins. The Company will not be liable for insured goods beyond the terms of the applicable insurance policy. Insurance is subject to the terms of the insurer.

9. Vehicle Transport

For car and bike transportation, the customer must ensure the vehicle is in working condition, fuel level is below one-quarter, and all personal belongings are removed. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing dents, scratches, or mechanical issues. A pre-move inspection report will be documented where applicable.

10. Storage Services

For goods placed in our warehouse, a separate storage agreement will govern the terms, including storage charges, access procedures, and liability. Unclaimed goods after the agreed storage period may attract additional charges.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
