Hidden Charges in Packers and Movers Bangalore: What to Ask Before You Book

Many people hiring packers and movers in Bangalore worry about one thing: the final bill not matching the original quote. A low price on the phone means little if packing materials, staircase charges or tolls are added later. Here is what to check before you book, and how we handle it at Creative Packers and Movers.

Charges to Ask About Before You Book

Ask every mover, including us, whether the quote includes:

  • Staircase or lift charges for floors without a working lift
  • Packing materials, such as boxes, bubble wrap and stretch film
  • Extra labour for heavy items like a fridge, wardrobe or piano
  • Toll and state border charges, especially for interstate moves
  • Waiting charges if the truck is delayed at either end
  • Extra distance if the actual route is longer than estimated

A clear quote lists each of these, or states plainly that they are included.

How We Quote at Creative Packers and Movers

Every quote from us is written and itemised, covering packing, labour, transport and distance. We ask about your move first (home size, floor, lift access, distance and special items) so the quote reflects your situation. You receive it on WhatsApp or email before you book, with no obligation.

If something changes on your side, such as extra items or no lift at the new address, tell us before moving day and we will revise the quote in writing.
